Consulting engagement – ongoing

Helping a young roaster build the brand infrastructure to grow deliberately.

Blossom had strong foundations – quality coffee, a clear sense of place, and an ambitious founder – but lacked a shared strategic language to guide decisions as the business grew. The instinct was there. The structure wasn’t.

I started with a brand strategy workshop with the founder and leadership team, working to articulate positioning, priorities, and what “good” should look like as the brand develops. From there, the work expanded into practical systems: a content and communications strategy the team can realistically sustain, website optimisation to better support DTC, and tighter alignment between brand intent and commercial activity.

Alongside the structured work, I act as an ongoing sounding board for the founder – offering perspective, pressure-testing decisions, and helping maintain focus through the noise that comes with growing a business.

What changed:

  • A content strategy that reflects the values of the brand in an authentic manner
