Joshua completed the business’ first brand evolution in their 17 year history, successfully launching under budget and ahead of schedule.

Throughout his tenure, he sat on the leadership team, overseeing business objectives, P&L updates & top level strategy across all departments.

He brought the customer service and marketing teams together, creating a “Customer Experience” division, which he led through all day-to-day activities.

He developed and executed the 2024 marketing roadmap, aligned to wider business goals.
