




In-house role — Consumer Marketing Manager
Building the consumer-facing business for a scaling specialty roaster.
Seven Miles was growing fast. The wholesale operation was strong, but the consumer side of the business – DTC, subscriptions, brand – hadn’t been built to match. I joined to create a consumer experience that could support the company’s ambition without losing clarity.
I led the design and launch of the DTC platform and subscription offering, shaped the consumer brand and tone of voice, and supported product launches, partnerships, and major business milestones. The work was cross-functional – I worked closely with roasting, operations, and leadership to ensure growth was supported by systems that could actually scale.
What changed:
- A brand new website designed to scale DTC growth and brand engagement
- A fully optimised subscription platform that generated $1m in it’s first 12 months
- A creative direction that reflected the craft and skill of those that put their hard work into the business
- A new range of RTD cold brew coffees, specialty coffee pods and a brand new roastery in Brisbane
